Description

A lot of discussion on patched happens on GitHub PRs.

While the GitHub PR interface is superior to the Jira for this purpose, it means that we are missing a lot of information from the JIRA.

Try to set up a link, so that GitHub PR conversations are copied back to the corresponding JIRA.
