Description

Scenario:
1) Fresh cluster start with server isNamespaceMappingEnabled=true.
2) Client connects with isNamespaceMappingEnabled=false. Expected exception thrown ("Inconsistent namespace mapping")
3) Client connects with isNamespaceMappingEnabled=true. Exception: "Table undefined. tableName=SYSTEM.CATALOG"
