Description

I think we need a top level markdown page describing the namespace feature. It'd cover things like:

• how to turn the feature on
• how to convert existing tables to be in a namespace
• how the system tables are converted
• how a schema corresponds to an HBase namespace
• when it doesn't (for example views still reside in their physical tables namespace)
• some general information about what an HBase namespace gives you with some links to more detailed HBase docs
