Description
We need two additional minor utils:
- get the value of the first column listed in the primary key constraint. This is useful where a table wasn't declared as multi-tenant, but does lead with a tenant ID.
- convert a timestamp that is potentially in nanoseconds into regular wall clock time. All time stamps based off of current time (i.e. region server based time stamps) or transaction manager time stamps are handled, so this routine can always be used to normalize to wall clock time a time stamp across transactional and non transactional tables.
