Major Description
Analyze <table> command does not recalculate stats unless I remove rows from SYSTEM.STATS table manually.
This was observed when I changed phoenix.guidepost.width property and restarted region servers however when I ran analyze <table> stats remained the same unless I cleaned this table and then stats got updated by running analyze <table>
