[PDFBOX-886] Scanned PDFs from XEROX scanners was blank/black when convert to image

Description

I am using Apache PDFReader to convert scanned PDF's received from XEROX scanners and convert them into jpg images. The results images was either black or white. Does anyone aware of the issue and has the knowledge on how to fix this?
