Attached file is based on
https://www.pdfill.com/example/pdf_layer_new.pdf
and created by using LayerUtility. When rendering, the two bottom left checkboxes are shown but should not.

This bug was discovered while working on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73990152/ but wasn't related to the question.
