[PDFBOX-5461] Fonts are not rendered in this document

Description

This seems to be a tough one. The PDF can be rendered by Adobe Acrobat, but Chrome and Firefox also fail to render it. So it seems like a corner case where the document does not adhere to the specs but Adobe works around it somehow.

I assume this would fail with the latest PDFBox also so I skipped updating 3 minor versions before creating this ticket.
