Hello. The following pdf: https://gofile.io/d/7kv27Z (simplification of a real life example) contains annotations. Their borders are not displayed in Adobe Reader (expected behaviour) but pdfbox debugger (tried with 3.0.0-RC1 and 2.0.24) shows big borders.

I think that it is an issue similar to this: PDFBOX-5168 , but in this case the "dash pattern" is an integer (instead of an array containing 0).
