[PDFBOX-4713] /AS is required if /AP contains a subdictionary

Description

While working on PDFBOX-4712 and going through the PDF specification I noticed that we don't check button annotations for the /AS entry although it is required: the specification mentions "Required if the appearance dictionary AP contains one or more subdictionaries". (We have only one: /N).
