PDF's with a lot of small images are not printable

    Description

      Some PDF's with a lot of small images are not printable with PDFBox on Windows. I tried to use the command line tool and the API methods.

      It seems that the PDFPrintable.print method is called infinitely with the same pageIndex parameter.

      In the sample PDF the background watermark is composed of different small images.
