Description

Some of the predefined CMaps define CID-ranges which simply map single values. Other are consecutive ranges which could be merge into one range, e.g.

• UniGB-UCS2-H contains a lot of ranges representing single value mappings
• Identity-H contains 256 ranges which can be merge into a single range
