[Patch] Don't a allow a miter limit <= 0

    Description

      A miter limit of 0 or less will cause the PDF to not render correctly in Acrobat Reader. Also such a value makes no sense. Throw an exception instead.

      Most other renderers will show the PDF correctly fine (e.g. pdfbox-debugger, Mac OS X preview etc.) and make debugging this problem difficult.
