Description

ExtractImages fails with JPX images:

2017-06-13 21:20:58 ERROR ImageIOUtil:191 - No ImageWriter found for 'jpx' format
2017-06-13 21:20:58 ERROR ImageIOUtil:199 - Supported formats: JPG jpg JPEG 2000
JPEG2000 tiff bmp BMP gif GIF WBMP png PNG raw RAW JPEG pnm PNM tif TIF TIFF jpeg2000 jpeg wbmp jpeg 2000

This is because "jpx" doesn't exist, only jpeg2000 does. In TestImageIOUtils this is caught, but not in ExtractImages.
