[PDFBOX-3762] Thread crash on pdfRenderer.renderImageWithDPI

Description

When pdfRenderer.renderImageWithDPI is called on the attached PDF the thread comes to a halt. No error is thrown. By adding debug logs to the pdfbox code I was able to determine the crash happens in PageDrawer.drawBufferedImage at the line:
graphics.drawImage(image, imageTransform, null);

I am not able to reproduce this issue on a Windows 8 64 bit machine but confirmed it happens on two different Windows 2012 machines.
