    Description

      Hello All:
With respect to original thread https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX-3705
Issue: Printer prints blank pages from the PDF. Pages which contains MS word tiling pattern are printed blank.

      Following are some observations:

      1. In our environment, if spooling is enabled for the printer then all the pages are printed correctly with tiling pattern.

      2. If "Print Direct to printer" option is selected then blank pages[Pages which contains tiling pattern] are printed.
      3. PDF actual size is 12 MB
      A. Spooling Enabled: PDF is spooled to printer then size displayed is 2.12 GB in print status dialog box .
B.Spooling Disabled["Print Direct to printer" is enabled]: Then spool size is less than 5 MB and actual print copy contains blank pages.
Selected Pages Print in Direct print Mode: When PDF files is separated using itext API, then selected pages which contains MS word pattern prints properly without any blank page.

How the spooling affects PdfBox silent print process?
Is there any recommended settings from PdfBox for the printers to print large documents?
