Problem with org.apache.xmpbox.DateConverter

    Description

      With 2015-12-08T12:07-05:00 we are getting an exception in fromISO8601() method, but it's a legal date due to ISO8601 specification.
      One possible solution can be tracking all date strings without seconds.
