Description

DictonaryFilter does not handle FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY. Moreover, DictionaryFilter.expandFilter(ColumnChunkMetaData) returns an empty map instead of null therefore the row-group might be dropped as the value seems to not being in the dictionary.
