how can annotatedType be != null in EjbBeanCreatorImpl when it is called from org.apache.webbeans.ejb.common.util.EjbUtility#fireEvents ?

when ejbBeanCreator.defineStereoTypes(); is called it fails (NPE)

isn't "ejbBeanCreator.setAnnotatedType(processAnnotatedEvent.getAnnotatedType());" missing in the condition "if(processAnnotatedEvent.isModifiedAnnotatedType())" (line 84)?
