InjectionPoint injections (both method and field based) in Decorators result in null

InjectionPoint injections in Decorators result in null. This appears to be a recent behavior change, previously the javax.enterprise.inject.spi.InjectionPoint would be injected but would reference the Decorator itself rather than the bean it was decorating.
