[ORC-396] ORC build fails to find LZ4 lib directory on some platforms

Description

With some builds of LZ4 (I've seen this on CentOS and SLES systems when building LZ4 from source) the libraries go into /lib64 instead of /lib. FindLz4.cmake doesn't account for this.

I have a patch for this if you want to assign the JIRA to me.
