[OPENOFFICE-191] When leaving a form field the contents change to "0"

Description

I have a .odt form document that is exported as .pdf and it works fine once exported.

When in non-design-mode, data can be entered into form fields. But when leaving the field, the content changes to "0". 

I'm using 4.1.2 (2015) but this behavior was reported on more recent versions as well.

This might be a user error, and I'd love to know what I did to cause it.
