Description

We got the following feedback during a release review from sebb:
""This product depends on Apache UIMA developed at
The Apache Software Foundation (http://www.apache.org/), licensed
under the Apache License 2.0 (see LICENSE file)."

This should be removed; NOTICE files are for required notices only;
UIMA is covered under the earlier ASF paragraph."

To fix this issue remove the mentioned paragraph.
