[OPENMEETINGS-953] can not upload files while using Tomcat with SSL enabled

Description

Have successfully set v3.0.0 with HTTPS loging while still using RTMP (not RTMPS) (client is linux based firefox). Can run a conference call but can not upload files in a meeting- file is selected OK but nothing happens after pressing 'Start upload' button. This is only when using "Tomcat with SSL enabled" setting in the provided jee-container.xml. No issue to upload files when using "Tomcat without SSL enabled". Please advice
