[OPENMEETINGS-810] Entering interview room doesnt have option to select camera size - it inhetits the last used size

Description

When entering the Interview room there the option to select the resolution is missing, instead it inherits the resolution from the last used session.

Seems to affect 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.2 and 3.0
