Audio notification for new chat message

          Description

          It would be nice to have an optional audio notification when a chat message was received.

            I have poked around a bit, but this seems to be beyond my current skill/understanding level. I don't understand the event system well enough to know where I'd put this in, and I don't know how to get clientside error messages which might tell me why my test with http://www.openlaszlo.org/lps4.2/docs/reference/lz.AudioService.html didn't work.
