[OPENMEETINGS-567] If you hit the "start upload" button twice, while the conversion is running, Openmeetings will run into an error

Description

Sometimes the progress bar is complete and you have to wait for the conversion task to finish.
The button to start the upload is still available.
If you hit it a second time (because you might think it hangs somewhere) you upload a second time and produce an error that way.

The button should be disabled after the first click.
