Sometimes OM stops responding to clicks

    Description

      Sometimes OM stops responding to clicks, e.g., on the logout link. (Sometimes this also seems to be because of some pop-up window in the background stealing the attention.) Pressing the reload button works around the problem, so this is perhaps not major, mainly just a little bit irritating.
