Description

Video window "Exclusive Audio" causes tool tips message boxes to be left on the screen.

To reproduce the issue, log into a conference room with two or three others sending video, then give the "Exclusive Audio" rights. Now move the mouse rapidly across the video windows and the to cause the message "Mute microphone of others, Give exclusive audio to me...".

Note: If this user does not have "Exclusive Audio", then this issue of tool tips left on the screen does not occur.
