Description
Currently when user is experiencing network issues which cause reconnect or KMS became unavailable (or was unavailable on room enter) his audio/webcam are automatically disabled and stays that way until user manually enable them again.
That shouldn't be happening. They must stay active the way they were (or on room defaults if user just entered the room) and gracefully recover without any user intervention. Current behaviour is a major headache for people on unstable networks like mobile data or weak/overloaded wifi. Especially for users on phones.
