[OPENMEETINGS-1449] Check box "Do not ask again" in "Choose device" dialog doesn't work

Description

In "Choose device" dialog after device selection I'm select the checkbox "Do not show again", but "Choose device" dialog appears again every time, when I'm share my audio/video.
