      Hello,

Is it now so that the user can choose if the remote control is used when he starts the OpenMeetings?

If it is so it is not good for my project. Is it possible to have a property in the OpenMeetings admin console where OpenMeetings administrator can allow/disallow the remote control? I don't want that the users have the possibility to change the remote control setting.

In my project I would disallow the remote control completely. The users of my system are not so technically skilled and someone can by mistake allow the remote control. After that someone else can have the remote access to the computer.

      Thanks

What kind of setting you added?

Previously if screen sharing was used it was so that the moderators/admins can have the remote access to computers of the other moderators/admins.

Is it now so that I can configure the system so that remote access is not possible and any user (even if the moderators/admins) can't change the configuration and have the remote access to other computer?

I believe it is OK to allow remote controls to moderators/admins and users you allow it to.
      What behavior are you suggesting?

      Hello,

You mean that it is ok that if you share your screen other people get the remote access to your computer. After that they can remove all programs from your computer etc.

Hm, this feature seems to work as expected, with only one exception: remote screen control is allowed to all users moderator allows AND to all moderators
I guess even you gave this right to all user or all users are moderators

      Hello,

I have tested the situation where a person A shares the screen for a person B. After that the person B gets a full remote access to the computer of the person A.

Is it possible to restrict the screen sharing so that only the screen is shared? I don't want to give the remote access to the other person.
