A few notes for potential implementor:

        • DB2 and Derby create schema implicitly if CREATE TABLE refers to it.
        • PostgreSQL needs explicit CREATE SCHEMA.
        • On Oracle a schema is in fact a user name.
        • MySQL does not support schemas. In CREATE TABLE schema.table(...) "schema" is a database name.
        • Firebird does not support schemas and seems to reject CREATE TABLE schema.table(...).
