      Description

      Add support in sql-error-state-codes.xml, SybaseDictionary.java and TestQueryTimeout.java for the latest Sybase 15 Developer Edition.

          Mike, I believe you've already updated the sql error codes in 2.1. Are there any other queryTimeout test updates required?

          I'm not familiar with the syntax to create a function with Sybase - may take a little experimentation here, but it should be doable.

          I believe the correct SQL error codes are present, but I haven't been able to implement at delay function successfully with Sybase. We could enable the tests which no-op (like Oracle and SQLServer) but for now I'm going to leave them alone.
