Use generic types and remove casts wherever applicable

    Description

      OpenJPA kernel mainly use untyped container classes or unbound parameters for classes that have been parametrized since JDK5.
      We should gradually move the code base to use parametrized types wherever possible. It will also reduce explicit casts.
