[OOZIE-3323] Please provide a flag that will disable skipTrash with the prepare element "delete path" operation

Description

For the FS action, it is documented that the delete command will skip trash by default [0]

For prepare operations for other actions, it will also skip trash by default, but there is no way to change this behavior to use the trash. Please create a flag similar to the FS action that will allow setting **skip-trash to 'false'

 

[0] The delete command deletes the specified path, if it is a directory it deletes recursively all its content and then deletes the directory. By default it does skip trash. It can be moved to trash by setting the value of skip-trash to 'false'.
