Description
test-patch currently uses -p0, which means that it requires patches to be generated without a prefix (--no-prefix). However, ReviewBoard uses -p1, which means that it requires patches to use a prefix. This makes posting a patch annoying because you need to generate it twice (with and without --no-prefix) so that you can upload it to JIRA and to ReviewBoard.
It would be great if test-patch could use either -p0 or -p1 depending on the patch so that you'd only have to generate 1 patch. And when not using ReviewBoard, this would also be more flexible as new contributors sometimes post patches with a prefix.
