    Description

      OOZIE-2245 adds a service that checks the db schema periodically. Because each db type is slightly different, there's some exceptions and variations in the code to handle these (e.g. Postgres wants table names in all lowercase while MySQL wants them in all uppercase).

      Currently, the checker is disabled when SQLServer is being used. We should figure out what SQLServer wants and add support so that it works on everything (except Derby and HSQL)
