Description

In HadoopAccessorService, per cluster, oozie processes the following configuration files per cluster

core-site.xml
hdfs-site.xml
mapred-site.xml
yarn-site.xml
and
hadoop-site.xml

But this not handle cases where we need to access secure webhdfs or in secure clusters post 2.6.0 where timeline client has security enabled because the ssl client configuration is in ssl-client.xml.

We need to add ssl-client.xml to the list of files we process per cluster
