[OOZIE-1748] When using cron-like syntax, the "Time Unit" field says "MINUTE"

Description

When using Cron-like syntax, the "Time Unit" field in the Web UI/CLI/etc says "MINUTE". It would be more clear if it said something like "CRON" instead.
