Description

The API request for coordinator details returns a list of actions. These actions contain the time that the action SHOULD have started rather than when it actually started. Computing duration for this action when it did not start on the normally scheduled time produces an incorrect value. It would be useful if the actual start time was also included in the API response so correct duration values could be calculated.

The API call to get the details of that workflow action, however, do provide the correct values.
