map-reduce actions without configuration section in workflow.xml throws "IllegalArgumentException: element cannot be null"

    Description

      In evaluateConfigurationProperty() method of MapReduceActionExecutor.java, we cannot assume "configuration" is always there. If the element is null, we need to return defaultValue.
