Description

Make openjpa/dbcp connection properties configurable so that custom tuning can be done.

In our case, we have to append "connectionProperties=oracle.jdbc.ReadTimeout=300000" to the connection properties to avoid threads making call to Oracle database sometime hanging forever due to network or tcp errors.
