[OOZIE-1242] Dryrun option for workflows mentions version 3.4 when it should be 3.3.2

Description

OOZIE-1080 added a dryrun option for workflows. The documentation and CLI help mention that its available in version 3.4 or later; it's actually going into 3.3.2, so we should fix that.
