Description

Some browsers or server implementations will quote cookie values. The cookies used by the AltKerberosAuthenticationHandler examples in ~~OOZIE-1103~~ do not properly handle this case. It should be updated to ignore the quotes if given.

e.g. oozie.web.login.auth=hello vs oozie.web.login.auth="hello"
