Description

With a step-by-step process to update the File Manager unit tests for the new directory structure, this is the first step - to remove some duplicated XML from the following three files in the src/test/resources directory:

src/test/resources/cmd-line-actions.xml
src/test/resources/cmd-line-options.xml
src/test/resources/xmlrpc-struct-factory/product-types.xml

Each file had its contents repeated twice, so I have removed the duplicate content.
