Description

The Curator component includes a number of web services that expose various facets of a File Manager component over the Web. Because these services do not currently have support for JSON-P [1], client-side requests for data are restricted to applications that are hosted on the same domain as the Curator (due to the 'same origin policy' [2] implemented by browsers).

Adding support for JSON-P to Curator web services is an easy way to expand the accessibility of these services.
