Description
It would be great to have at least a basic user guide for Push Pull, in the vein of the other components. I'll commit what I have now. It's a start but in no ways complete. At some point it would be nice to get Brian Foster's million page user guide converted from MS Word to XDOCs. Rishi Verma mentioned he might have time to do that at some point. When that time comes those can come in as new issues. This is simply my first cut it and I expect to close it very shortly after the commit.
