Description

We need to remove all references to jpl.nasa.gov in our code (for example I just saw one in: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/oodt/tags/0.3/balance/lib/pear/Providers/Auth/LDAPAuthenticationProvider.class.php which made me think that we need to code review before we roll 0.4).
