[OODT-254] Crawler should fill Filename and FileLocation if they are not set by a Metadata Extractor

Description

Currently the Crawler chokes if Filename and FileLocation are not provided as metadata fields. Though it fails gracefully, it would be nice if the Crawler filled these values for the user.
